untethered
when we grow it can feel more like an untethering, a descent, or a fog. nothing is familiar, no direction is clear, everything feels blank. we are leaving a way we know for a way we don’t know. leaving clarity for uncertainty. leaving structures that tell us who we are in order to wait for who we are revealed to be. the soul is meant for this—to continue to become over and over. letting go of small selves in order to welcome with love the parts of us that have been unacceptable. it may feel like you can’t bear this. not knowing what you will find.
do not believe the lie that what is inside of you isn’t good. you have to find out for yourself that the beauty is breathtaking. and with enough love you can.
