she wants to know what she’s made of. she wants to take a chance. to make her life her own. to have a relationship with her father that is more risky. more exposed. more honest. more alive.
she wants him to see her. all of her. not just the good parts.
and to find out she is loved.
her life wouldn’t be easy. there would be struggle. there would be consequence. but it would be hers.
